You can balance your chakras in many ways, but one particularly effective method is through meditation, visualization and use of a quartz crystal singing bowl. For a throat chakra meditation, you must have a singing bowl tuned to the specific note of G.

Set aside a special time and place for your meditation where you will be undisturbed for about 15 minutes. Take some deep relaxing breaths until you feel calm and centered.
